5 minutes on stationary bike
10 minutes on the elliptical
3/10 tricep dips
3/10 leg curls
3/10 push-ups
50 side-to-side touches
50 wrong side-to-side touches (they were more like crunches to the side...it took me several attempts to figure out what exactly Alissa showed me the other day)
5 roll ups
15 back crunches
3/10 hammer curls
3/10 shoulder presses on fm machine
3/10 rowers on fm machine
30 single leg stretches on bosu
5 minutes on cross-trainer
stretching (leg pull through/leg cross opposite torso turn/boat pose/child's pose)
stretch machine
